Handling time for orders

In-stock items: All of our products listed as "in stock" are in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. We ship all orders placed before 6:00 AM (EET) on the same day. 

Preorders: Some titles listed in our store are available for preorder. Products that have a specific release date listed will be shipped on the release date. Some items have an estimated release time and they are subject to change. A small portion of preorder products doesn't have an estimate and the release date is listed as "Waiting for ETA" this means we're waiting for an estimate from our suppliers. 

Orders containing preorder products will be sent after we have received all of the order items in our warehouse.

We handle orders only during business days (Mon - Fri). We do not ship during weekends or Finnish bank holidays (6.12. Independence Day for example)

Transit time for orders

We use DHL Economy Select, DHL Express, Posti Parcel Connect an GLS services for our international orders.

For most of the countries, we also offer Posti Parcel Connect which will be dispatched using Finnish Posti (Finnish national postal service) from Finland. These will be then passed over to DHL who will deliver the package at the target country.

Note that we ship all orders placed before 6:00 AM (EET) so handling might add one extra day to the total delivery time.

See below the estimated transit times for different countries. We handle orders only during business days (Mon - Fri). We do not ship during weekends. All delivery estimates are therefore counted in business days.

The cutoff time is 06:00 AM (EET). For orders processed after the cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.


Customer service

You can contact us via email at or use our online chat on the bottom right corner of our page. We strive to answer all customer emails within a business day. Our goal is to answer all the customer chat requests within a reasonable time. The chat online hours are (Mon-Tue 13-20, Wed-Fri 13-19, Sat 10-17, and Sun 12-16). Outside of these hours if you use the chat we will receive an email regarding your request and we'll get back to you within the next business day.

We provide service in English but don't hesitate to contact us in our own language. We'll use google translate in these cases and do our best to solve any problems if any arise when you do business with us :)




Payment methods

For international customers outside Finland, we accept credit card payments and PayPal. The credit card payments are handled by a Finnish payment service Paytrail (

We also accept payment with PoroCredits that you can earn through our PoroClub loyalty program:

You need to register an account where the credits will be saved and you can use them freely on all of our products and services!



All payments are made in Euros except for Sweden from where which we accept Swedish Kronas.

All products include the standard Finnish VAT rate of 24% except for books that have a reduced rate of 10%. You can see the VAT rate for a specific product on the product page.



Return policy

Online orders have a standard 14-day return policy. The product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. Thus, open booster packs (trading card games) cannot be returned. Before you return your order please contact us at to receive return information. The customer is responsible for any costs unless otherwise agreed with our customer service. We return your payment via PayPal or wire transfer. We also offer to return your payment using PoroCredits which we will add to your user account making the process faster in case you want to purchase another product. For PoroCredits you need to register an account.




If your order contains different preorder items and/or in-stock items we will split the order accordingly (see the example below). For each split, we will charge you 2€ surcharge. The surcharge won't apply to pick-up orders. We will charge only the surcharge for the split orders, you will only pay one delivery fee.

If you order items are 80€ or above, you will still get free shipping WITHIN FINLAND, even if the order will be splitted.

  • Order #1: Will be shipped immediately from our warehouse
  • Order #2: Will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse
  • Order #3: Will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse

Preorder estimates

  • Q1 2021 (Jan-Mar, estimate): Arrives between January and March
  • Q2 2021 (Apr-Jun, estimate): Arrives between April and June
  • Q3 2021 (Jul-Sep, estimate): Arrives between July and September
  • Q4 2021 (Oct-Dec, estimate): Arrives between October and December
  • Specific month e.g. March 2021: our supplier has shipped the products to us
  • Waiting for ETA: We have asked our supplier(s) for an eta and waiting for them to get back to us. Note that they sometimes have to contact the manufacturer/factory and getting an estimate takes time.

We strive to ship the products so that they’re delivered to you by the release date. For customers outside of Finland, we can't promise the delivery times by release. Check our delivery estimates outside of Finland here:



Damaged or missing items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is missing an item, please send an email detailing the issue to Don’t forget to mention your name, username, and order number (found on the invoice that was included in the package). We will respond as quickly as we are able to via email.
