The biggest moving hassle is finally over, and the ordering system is back to normal! However, we’re currently experiencing delays in processing orders, which means you’ll receive your orders a bit delayed. This should be fixed by next week! You’ll receive notice when your order has been shipped your way.
The delays affect post orders as well as pick-up orders.
We’ll still receive your order the moment you place it. However, you might have to wait for a bit, before we’re able to process your order.
We’re also moving delayed orders into preorder status - even though they don’t contain preorder products. This way, our new warehouse stays up to date on what orders can be shipped, and what orders are still waiting for products. So don’t stare at the preorder status too much - in this case, it just means that your order might be a bit delayed.
