It's been quite the week for MtG players! The week started with a bang when Wizards released the newest Bannings. As everyone probably knows by now, Eye of Ugin got banned and Sword of the Meek & Ancestral Vision are available once again.

My personal favourite deck, that includes the Thopter-Sword combo, is by far UW-Tron. I highly recommend trying this decklist out:

1 Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
1 Iona, Shield of Emeria
1 Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger

1 Ugin, the Spirit Dragon

4 Azorius Signet
1 Crucible Of Worlds
3 Expedition Map
1 Sword of the Meek
2 Thopter Foundry
4 Gifts Ungiven
3 Path to Exile
4 Remand
4 Thirst For Knowledge
1 Day of Judgment
1 Supreme Verdict
1 Timely Reinforcements
1 Unburial Rites
1 Wrath of God

1 Island
1 Plains
1 Celestial Colonnade
4 Flooded Strand
1 Ghost Quarter
2 Hallowed Fountain
2 Seachrome Coast
1 Tolaria West
4 Urza's Mine
4 Urza's Power Plant
4 Urza's Tower

Today is the release date of Shadows over Innistrad and card speculation will settle down a bit when SCG Open takes place tomorrow. My personal favourite card of the set is actually Tireless Tracker. The card reminds me a lot of Courser of Kruphix , just in a more aggressive form. Tracker doesn't have an obvious deck as of know but I'm sure one will emerge in no time. Perhaps GB Good Stuff could be the deck for Tracker, but time will surely tell.

Have a good weekend!
