What's up, everyone?
We know how much you all love getting your hands on those sweet promotional goodies from Wizards of the Coast. We do too! But we also know that sometimes the process of getting them to you has been a bit... well, messy. So, we've got some news to share about how we're going to make it better for all of us!
You might have noticed that the info we get from Wizards about how to hand out their promos can be a bit all over the place, and they often show up later than expected. No biggie, we get that things happen, but it's been tough trying to stick to the rules and make sure you get your cool stuff without any hiccups.
So, we're making a change! From now on, we're going to do our best to follow Wizards' guidelines for giving out promo stuff, but we'll also be a little more flexible and practical. We want to make it easier on ourselves and, more importantly, make sure you get your hands on those awesome promos without any extra fuss.
Just to be clear, we're not trying to upset anyone here, whether it's you, our amazing customers, or our friends over at Wizards. We just think this new approach will be better for everyone in the long run. It'll help us focus on what we do best: giving you the best experience possible while keeping our relationship with Wizards strong and positive.
