Finnish content creation with a big heart

Finland has excellent expertise in content production for board games. This week we wanted to raise a couple of people and their projects on the pedestal.

Lauri Peltokorpi has produced translations of rulebooks for a few modern classics in his spare time. As the most recent entrant to these, the translation of Lost Ruins of Arnak: Expedition Leaders add-on, which is comparable in quality to professional translation work, was received.

Lost Ruins of Arnak is an excellent target for rules translation because that the game does not requires a language knowledge after the players have learned the rulse. This means that Lauri's translation will enable everyone reading Finnish to get to know the secrets of the game. Translations can be accessed from this Dropbox link.

Youtube show Nopparalli, led by Tommi Sirén, is certainly a familiar to many FB Lautapeli-intoilijat following the group. Nopparalli inspects the latest and most interesting board games from the market, as well as producing excellent painting videos of board game miniatures.

From sweaty Jabba's Palace to the freezing Wrath of the Lich King, and from watery Jaws - Tappajahai to horrific Unfathomable. Nopparalli, in his calm and original style, is taking a stand and presenting the game in tongue that even a non-gamer can relate to.

Thank you to both for producing content in Finnish language. Hopefully we can enjoy Nopparalli's videos and Lauri's translations in the future.
