Magic the Gathering Finnish Nationals 2016 is back! Among players, the tournament has always been considered as by far the year's best tournament of the year, and I couldn't agree more. Nationals will take place in 14. - 15. of May in PoroCon 2016. The tournament structure will remain as it has always been. The tournament is split in two days as follows:
Day 1:
Three rounds of Standard, Draft #1 and three rounds and finally Draft #2 and the first round of the draft.
Day 2:
The two remaining rounds of Draft #2, thee rounds of Standard → cut to Top 8. Top 8 rounds will be played as single elimination rounds, Standard being the format.
Currently there's a Trial tournament period running for the Finnish Nationals 2016. Trial events are held as follows:

26.3 Porvoon Pelikauppa (sealed) & Puolenkuun Pelit, Kouvola (sealed)
27.3 Poromagia, Helsinki (standard)
9.4 Oh My Game, Vantaa (standard)
9.4 Fantasiapelit, Jyväskylä (standard)
17.4 OutoCon, Outokumpu (legacy) & Puolenkuun Pelit, Lahti (standard)
24.4 Fantasiapelit, Kuopio (standard+draft)
I, for one, am very excited of the main tournament and thrilled to have it back! Aside from it being an awesome two day tournament, it's also a chance to meet all your friends that have played the game along the way. Those moments don't come by all too often nowadays. Make sure you won't miss the opportunity!
